Here are some do’s and don’ts for the skin which you must follow in your daily routine.
Drink Plenty of Water
Skin is one of the largest organs which cover your entire body. A dehydrated body will result in a dehydrated skin. It is very important to everyone to drink at least 8 glasses of water every day as we the water keep your skin hydrated and will help to maintain healthy complexion of the skin and will remove the unwanted toxins from the body.
Eat healthy food
What type of food you eat also matters in order to get the healthy skin. If you eat junk food, consumes a lot of alcohol, caffeine and also smoke then it will be difficult to have the healthy skin. Eat the food which is rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, E, A and beta carotene. Also include the green vegetable, soups and fruits in your diet.
Sleep 7-8 hours daily
All cells in your body including your skin cells will also require enough sleep on the daily basis. During night, skin get repaired so do not mess with the sleep time. Take the proper sleep and nourish your skin better at night as compared to the day.
Regular exfoliation is must. It will help you to remove the dead cells from the skin and will keep your pores clear from white and black heads. At least exfoliate once in a week to get the flawless skin.
Fitness is the key for the healthier life. Exercise results in good flow of blood and promotes the blood circulation in the complete body. Exercise will help in nourishing the cells and radiant your skin.
Do not use too much moisturizer
You must include the moisturizer in your daily routine but do not use it in excess because heavy creams collect on your skin and clog your pores. Use the moisturizer of good quality.
Do not take hot showers
While taking the showers use the water with normal temperature, if you use the hot water it will remove the natural oils and proteins from your skin and make your skin dry. Moreover this hot water can also cause the dryness, inflammation and redness in your skin.
Do not use medication to improve your skin
Avoid the use of medicines to get glowing skin unless necessary for conditions like psoriasis and acne. The medicines has the side effects which will damage your skin and stop your natural glowing process for the skin.
Do not touch your skin
As we all know that hands are the first contacts for the germs and we touch the face with hands which are in contact with germs. So first properly wash your hands from the hand wash to clean your hands before touching your face.
Do not use products full of sulphates
Sulphates are chemicals which are found in most of the cleansers. Cleansers are used to clear out the skin or to remove the makeup. So always choose natural beauty products that do not contains sulphates as it makes skin harsh and make irritation.
